How we work

1. Consultation

PAID initial consultation in person, by e-mail or phone or by video Skype, during which we assess your background, qualifications and your personal circumstances at very nominal fee. The first consultation may last up to 30-35 minutes in time. Consultation is available in English and Thai Language. The fee is credited back to you upon retainment of our services. The consultation fee varies from USD $50 to $200 depending upon the kind of case.

2. Evaluation of Options

After the initial consultation, you may wish to retain our full services. Flat/Partly fee applies (fee varies according to the complexity of the case)

3. Retaining

If you decide to retain our services, the Retainer Agreement will be signed between you and the Immigration Counsel, which specifies scope of services, payment plan, duties and responsibilities of both parties.

4. Case Preparation

This stage includes filling out immigration forms, providing you with a complete list of documents required for your application, medical and police clearance instructions.

5. Legal Submissions

Once the application package is checked for completeness, our counsel will prepare a Submission Letter to Immigration authorities, presenting your case with reference to the applicable law sections and on the basis of the relevant immigration case law.

6. Filing

The application package is submitted by the Immigration Counsel to the concerned processing immigration office on your behalf.

7. Follow-up

After submission, we communicate with a visa office regarding the status of your application, responding to the officer's requests for additional information, documentation and obtain copies of the immigration officer's notes (CAPIS/FOSS) in order to get a clear picture of the processing of your file. We keep you informed at all times during the process.

8. Interview Preparation

Should the interview with the immigration officer be required, we thoroughly prepare you for the interview by going through the possible questions and making you confident during this personal coaching.

9. Post Landing

We provide a complete range of post landing services to new immigrants, students, professionals and business people in successfully settling down in Canada from all over the world, that include: Assist in making an applications for permanent resident card, social insurance number, health card and a driving license.
